CANCELLATION POLICIES

Please read through our cancellation policies carefully and note that there are no exceptions to our policies for any reason at any time. The credit card sent to secure the booking is held on file for the duration of your stay and can be charged for failing to cancel within our policies, no shows, or any damages incurred during your stay.

Short-term bookings: We offer a 7-day cancellation/change policy. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, simply notify us 7 days prior to your arrival. After 7 days prior to arrival, you are responsible for full payment of the booking. Over holiday periods, we have a 14-day cancellation policy. Your booking must be paid in full upon arrival. Please be advised that all guests are expected to pay for the total duration of their booking, even if they choose to leave early or in case of illness or injury. There will be no refunds for any unused portion of your stay.

Month-and-Over Bookings

For bookings of 1 month or longer, the first month will be charged to the card at the time of booking. This payment is 100% non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel the remainder of your booking, you must provide at least 1 month’s notice prior to your arrival date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival unless your booking is longer than 2 months.

For bookings longer than 2 months:

  • The second month’s payment is due at check-in.
  • After that, payments may be made monthly.
  • The first two months of any booking that is 2 months or longer are non-refundable once you have checked in.

If you choose to end a long-term booking early after the first two months, you must provide 1 month’s written notice to cancel any following months.

There are no refunds for unused nights if you choose to leave early, including in the case of illness or injury.


Long-Term 2-Share Bookings (5-Month Minimum)

Long-term 2-share rooms require a minimum stay of 5 months.

  • Guests must apply and agree to a long-term agreement
  • First and last month’s rent must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Both payments are 100% non-refundable.
  • The last month’s payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances, even if you cancel your stay early or choose to leave before the end of your booking.

Payment structure:

  • First month + last month due at booking
  • Second month due at check-in
  • Remaining months paid monthly

If you choose to leave early, you must provide 1 month’s notice; however:

  • No refunds will be given for the first or last month
  • No refunds for unused time

No-Shows

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not contacted the front desk in advance, your booking will be charged in full as a no-show and cancelled.

If you still plan to arrive later but did not notify the front desk, you will need to make a new booking and payment, subject to availability.

No exceptions or refunds.


Leaving Due to Injury or Illness

If you must leave early due to injury or illness, all payments made to date remain non-refundable, including in the case of broken bones.

If you require documentation for insurance purposes, the front desk can provide an invoice upon request.


Booking Transfers

All bookings are 100% non-transferable and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.


There is a minimum stay of 2 nights for all room types.
